Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) - provides oversight of the City's public health care system in all five boroughs by providing comprehensive medical, mental health, and substance abuse services to City residents
Housing Authority (NYCHA) - provides decent and affordable housing for low income City residents
Independent Budget Office (IBO) - provides non-partisan budgetary, economic, and policy analysis for the residents of New York City and their elected officials
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) - provides transportation and port commerce facilities and services that move people and goods both within the region and to and from outside the region
School Construction Authority (SCA) - responsible for streamlining the City's school construction process and alleviating disrepair, deterioration, and overcrowded conditions by designing and managing the construction and rehabilitation of the City's public schools
